Employees

All employees have to pass a back ground check before being hired. Once they are on board they go through HIPPA training, product training and service training.

Billing

Desktop Defenders bills the beginning of every month. The first bill will be pro-rated as all services are billed a month in advance plus work completed for the month prior for services not covered under the service agreement.

Network Operation Center

​Our N.O.C (Network Operation Center) is located in Charlotte, NC and provides us high visibility into Network outages for our customers. It also provides us with any alarms that are generated on your Workstations and Servers, improving our time to resolution.
