Help Desk Support Technician

Position Description:

Need Desktop Support Technician to join our growing team.

Prefer skills in Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2003-2013, Imaging, HP/Dell Thin Clients, Client printer installations and deployment and troubleshooting.

Under general direction, Technician will provide first support to end-users for PC, server and hardware. Handle problems when user first calls in, prepare computers for replacement, interact with network services, programming staff, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Escalate more complex problems to proper staff. The ability to maintain favorable customer relations by handling requests in a tactful and professional manner. Must posses and demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills and have excellent written/communication skills.

Required Experience:

Experience with: Thin Clients-WES 7, Windows 10 IOT, Windows, Windows 10; Windows Servers 200, 2008, 2012; Microsoft office 352, 2016
