Account Executive

Position Description:

Looking for Account Executives who like working in a progressive entrepreneurial company. You will be responsible for establishing strategic sales plans and proposals, driving excellence and building a protected territory. Requires ability to effectively deal with complexity. Also accountable for setting personal performance goals and being accountable for your success. Unlike most sales positions you will be able to build a residual income, in addition to your salary and commission

Key initiatives of driving profitability and protecting and growing a Territory account base selling business hosted telephone services, carrier services and business solutions. The Sales Executive is responsible for exceeding sales goals and performance objectives through strong face to face cold call selling techniques.

•Develop and lead a highly productive territory attaining new business sales, revenue growth, segment share, customer satisfaction, and productivity objectives

•Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-level buying influences in key customer accounts

•Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with key leaders in field sales, marketing, finance, and channel management to achieve overall organizational objectives

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•Sell IT Services and Business communications solutions.

•Utilize Proven Sales Tactics and Business Savvy techniques to Overcome Gatekeeper Objections

•Customized Presentations to Business Owners and their Employees

•Ability to Uncover Business Needs, Influence Others and Position the Appropriate Product for their business

•Organize and Plan Daily Sales Route to Maximize Productivity

•Foster strong relationships with key executives in order to successfully position our Client’s B2B portfolio and align B2B sales strategy

•Establish high-level as well as tactical relationships with key decision makers

•Report B2B sales activities and drive the development of an assigned territory

•Work closely with the sales manager to develop a roadmap to increase our client’s B2B market share.

Required Experience:

Background & Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of cold calling small to mid-sized businesses

• Self starter and very capable on both business and technical fronts.

• Experience establishing a vision, developing a strategy, and driving results

• A mature, confident professional who is self motivated by setting aggressive goals and leading by example

• Strong ability to influence, sell, and guide decision making in business solutions

• Demonstrated high ethical behavior, unquestionable integrity and character

• Strong level of commitment to customer satisfaction

• Experience Working Autonomously

Necessary Skill:

• Strong analytical, problem solving, written and verbal skills.

• Ability to develop a territory and increase market share quickly

• Ability sell a short sales cycle to small and mid-sized B2B clients

• Strong Presentation skills

• Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and able to think proactively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop relationships within territory.
